Freiburg, 17 March 2026 – How should companies in the Upper Rhine region position themselves in China in the future? This question was the focus of a joint event organised by RegioTriRhena in collaboration with the commercial law firm ADVANT Beiten, the Confucius Institute Freiburg and the China Forum.

Weil am Rhein, 7 November 2025 – Under the title ‘Upper Rhine: Trade without borders!’, the RegioTriRhena network invited representatives from politics, business and administration to Weil am Rhein Town Hall. The aim of the event was to highlight the importance of cross-border trade and develop common perspectives for the future.

Colmar Around 35 interested members and guests of RegioTriRhena visited INRAE (Institut national de recherche pour l’agriculture, l’alimentation et l’environnement – National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food, and the Environment) in Colmar. The numerous guests were welcomed by the three presidents, Jean Klinkert, Bernd Dallmann, and Kathrin Amacker.

RegioTrirhena calls for cross-border measures based on the Basel model

Freiburg, 28 March 2025; Climate change is not heading our way, it has already been here for a long time, was the message from the President of RegioTrirhena Bernd Dallmann as he welcomed the packed event hall in the Greiffeneggschlössle in Freiburg.

Bernd Dallmann and Jean Klinkert are the editors of the third edition of their joint work DER OBERRHEIN IN BILDERN.

The publication marks the 40th anniversary of the RegioGesellschaft Schwarzwald-Oberrhein, which has been merged into the tri-national RegioTriRhena communication network.
The illustrated book will be available for €19.90 from bookshops or directly from RegioTrirhena. The aim of this illustrated book is to contribute to strengthening the cross-border idea.

Breisach am Rhein – On 12 March, the 25th Baden Business Forum of the Vereinigung Badischer Unternehmen + Verbände e.V. took place at the Birkenmeier Forum in Breisach am Rhein in cooperation with RegioTriRhena.
